Cancellation Policy
As we operate in a small, intimate space, we kindly ask for your understanding that last-minute cancellations or no-shows can be difficult to accommodate. Your time is valuable, and we strive to respect it, just as we ask you to respect ours.
• No Show & Late Cancellations: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, your card will be charged 50% of the booked service.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be treated as a no-show/late cancellation.
• Booking Under the Wrong Name: We reserve the right to refuse service if an appointment is booked under a different name without prior notice to us.
• Service Satisfaction: If you’re unsatisfied with your service, you have 5 days to reach out and schedule a revisit to address any concerns.
• Booking Appointments: For your convenience, the best way to book an appointment is through our online booking site, where you can view available times for all of our professionals.
